The 21 inch steel deck is a huge benefit to quality. However, like I mentioned above, this does add a bit of weight to the mower. This weight could be a deterrent to some users. Being self-propelled does help with this issue though.
The negative knock on this mower has been that some owners have reported that the battery does not hold a full charge, or that they run out of battery power before their lawn is completely mowed. While these reports are dwarfed by reports of great battery quality by other owners, it is worth mentioning.
This mower does come with two batteries, so that should help just in case. You should always have a full battery to work with.
